The facility is lovely with many fine amenities. My major complaint is with staff. Just this past week, on two occasions in the late afternoon, my loved one who is a resident, and I encountered a rude and unresponsive aide. The staff complains about the residents and any efforts we make to ask for better care. For what we pay, this is unaccepatable. I know they are challenged to maintain full staffing, but this type of care is not what is needed. It appears the aides run the facility...
