Paul Spring is a nice place. The activities for the residents are very enjoyable. Whether it’s arts and crafts activity, exercise classes, special outings, or social events. They also have a program where they offer free lecture classes to the residents and some are open to the public. It’s called RUI university. I believe that’s a great program that from defers from other assistant/independent/memory care communities.

My father recently moved into Benchmark at Alexandria. Our experience from initial contact with the Director of Community Relations, touring the community, through admission has been nothing short of amazing. Over the past few months I continue to be very grateful for the care and support that has been provided to not only my father, but our entire family by all of the staff members during this transition. If you are looking for a very welcoming, supportive and caring community for yourself or a loved one, I suggest contacting Benchmark at Alexandria. The entire staff maintain the highest level of care and support for the residents and the community.

Elance at West End offers so much more than other senior communities I've visited. Their robust activity programming is truly impressive, and I especially love their lifelong learning classes. What's even better is that these classes are available to both residents and the public at no cost! One of my favorite activities is the paint and sip. The community also boasts a beautiful terrace and a fantastic movie theater. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I've visited other RUI properties, and Elance at West End is definitely one of my favorites!

No followup with complains or suggestions from upper management team. Hidden in their office. Only while showing a place to a new prospect walks thru the facility. Food is average /spicy/ salty. Cleanliness average. Overall too young and revenue making mentality ( what can you bring in for us) compared to what will be done for the resident. The top managers of Rui company forgets that they are being paid highly for a hospitality, health care enviornment that needs capable, caring and proactive team and managers. Not cold and ignoring staff that can't take beneficial instructions.

A stunning community. The staff are friendly and warm, the menu and meal selections are delicious, and their engagement offerings through their Signature Programs are one-of-a-kind. Every aspect of this community is thoughtful and purposeful, in true RUI fashion. A few of my favorites are their therapy pool and Penthouse floor level, to include a dedicated Penthouse Concierge! You must visit and you won’t be disappointed.

This community is in a perfect location with a lot of amenities inside and out.

Elance is such a wonderful community, everyone is so welcoming and nice.

The beauty of this community is only surpassed by the friendliness and hardworking spirit of the staff. While on a recent tour of the community, I witnessed team members working diligently to assist residents as well as each other go about the normal business of their day. It is clear the team members take pride in the community and their residents and are excited to share this pride when welcoming guests.
