My mom was in Sweet memories. At CSL in Stafford, Virginia. The healthcare provided was great and I regularly praised the care providers. However, communication with the new administrative management leadership ( last couple of months) communication is very poor. When you have loved ones with dementia, communication is a Necessity and not a luxury. Communication with personnel giving direct hands on care was great, but very poor with the new admin, Christina. Because of this, I have updated my review of CSL.
