I started looking for senior living places and decided to look at the Residence at Bedford (MA) for Independent living. Although it's not yet fully built, my experience so far has been nothing less than spectacular. The executive director is very pleasant and listens carefully to everything you say. The sales manager is also very caring and listens to everything that you have to offer. She went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests and the experience I had with them was far superior to any that I had at other facilities. They answered all my questions and I never felt rushed out the door like at other places I visited. As far as the building, it is in a lovely setting overlooking the Minuteman trail with plenty of parking. It looks like a very large home, instead of anything industrial. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to stay to consider taking some time to explore the Residence at Bedford. I look forward to it being my forever home.

Our family member is happy and safe at The Residence at Five Corners. There are many positives about the wonderful staff, caring community, kind friends, great team of nurses, OTs, PTs, and Speech Therapists! A few of her complaints are about the food quality/meals, which went downhill when they lost two wonderful chefs and those positions have not yet been filled as of Nov. 2024. When she first moved there, the food was great! Communication is an area that needs improvement. This is another reason why I cannot give it a five star. The residents look out for each other and care about each other, which I truly appreciate. It is a warm and welcoming environment. It’s an expensive place, but worth the great care and trust for your loved ones. Before locking in to any place for your loved one, take a tour, talk to residents, ask staff questions, and be open about your concerns. If you are not comfortable with the answers, move on to a place that best fits your loved ones needs!
