With 37 communities, Sunshine Retirement Living has locations in 13 states that offer assisted living, independent living, memory care, and respite care. Founded in 2007, Sunshine Retirement Living has 18 years of exceeding residents' expectations of quality and care. CEO Luis Serrano carries over 10 years of leadership at Sunshine, a family-owned and operated community. 

Sunshine Retirement Living's values and principles are guided by “the singular goal of enriching the lives of those we serve and employ.” Sunshine introduced a new Life Enhancement Program for seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia. This holistic, Montessori-style program includes advanced therapies and programs such as Sensory Spas which provide “sensory stimulation” with mood-boosting benefits; the MIND Diet which lowers the risk of Alzheimer’s and dementia; circadian rhythm light therapy for better sleep; ionized air filtering to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and virtual reality sessions that can help restore memories from the past. The Life Enhancement Program is just one of the many amenities that Sunshine Retirement Living offers to enrich the lives of their residents.
