The staff at The Club at WestPark have been very helpful in working through a couple of kinks in our move. There seems to be a possible air lock that caused the water pipes in our home to bang around when the front sprinklers were turned on. The manager gave this information to the gardener who takes care of the front of our property, and he replaced one of the water valves, which seemed to do the trick. I also noted that the grass around our drain pipes that come from the backyard to the front needed to be trimmed, and that was taken care of also. I asked for the landscape plans of our backyard that were filed with the office so that we could better understand our watering system, and that was also found and given to us. The neighbors are friendly, and the services at the club house offer a good variety of activities. All-in-all, it's a good neighborhood.

This is a beautiful facility, but the dining services are inconsistent, and family members get charged different prices every time they order the same meal. Tried to bring this to the attention of the ED and chef, but I continue to get charged for items that show no cost on the menu. I just bring my own meals and still enjoy the dining experience with my mom. Too bad management and staff treat family members so poorly and disrespectful.
