I am a friend or relative of resident. The facility is clean and most staff are friendly, but they won't hesitate to evict residents. They will provide warning that the resident is at risk for being evicted. Once they send the 30 day eviction notice, they want to know if a new place has been found, and still pester you to get the resident out. I would not recommend this place to anyone, at least not until they replace the executive director.
