Not sure what the kick backs were for these 5 star reviews. This place is a disgrace! From the CEO down to housekeeping, they do not care about your loved one. Complaints went in one ear and out of the other. Not just my loved one but her roommate as well. I bought a mop and cleaned the room myself. Clean linens and clothes were only given when I asked or just went and got them myself. The food or lack there of, was not edible and usually had an odor that was not pleasant. The higher ups and especially the DON will look you right in your face and lie. You don’t have to believe anything written but I would hate for another Elder to be neglected and abused like my mom was and disregarded like she meant nothing. This place needs to be closed down and shame on every person that works at Lexington.
