My mom has been at one of Epic Homes' board and care houses for about two and a half weeks now. I was really impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency of the caregivers as we got my mom's furniture moved in and then got her settled. I have truly appreciated how easy it has been to communicate with Simona, the house administrator, and the care she has invested in helping my mom navigate a new living situation. It's been tough at times for my mom to get used to her new life, but we've all been able to work through things and figure it out so far!
