There is an acquaintance there who has been keeping a log of the meals served. There is a total lack of proper nutrition and substance. Patients are given one or two bite muffins for breakfast. No condiments, no protein, no fruit. Or are given one slice of toast and one minuscule muffin…again no protein, no fruit, no condiments. A dinner has consisted of 1/4 cup of cauliflower. 1 tablespoon of potato salad and approximately 1/4 cup of wilted salad. No protein, no fruit. A meal of 1hotdog in a bun with beans ( total 68 beans counted) with no condiments, no nutritious value. The patients are not being nutritionally served. This is vital for the health, wellbeing and healing for all inpatients. The shocking disregard for the wellbeing of the residents of Greenbrier is truly unacceptable .
