Since Juniper took over this facility, I would suggest everyone to consider another facility. Terrible. They have started charging, on a monthly basis, items that were once included in the monthly rent with the previous management company. Laundry, cleaning, activities. Charge you for trash removal from your apartment. They have taken many activities away from the residents who participated on a daily basis for their social engagement and fulfillment. Food is below par. This place may look pretty on the outside, but do not bring your loved one here to live. Far better places in the area that truly care about their residents and not just the bottom dollar.

Unacceptable rate increases for 2023. Healthcare rate increased from $3K per month to $6K per month. Not sure what the rental fee increase will be yet (current rate $8K per month), but will update the review when it's available. The caregivers are great! The facility is very clean. But finding it difficult to justify a 93% increase, understand everything is going up in price lately but not that dramatically.

I am so glad that we chose The Landing of Hamilton for my mom. The staff are amazing and they have made the transition so smooth for us. Everyone is so supportive and kind, and we know that my mom is in good hands. My kids even like coming here as they can run around and all the other residents are happy to see them. Overall a very family-friendly place - highly recommend!
